Summary/Abstract: Purpose of Article. The purpose of the article is to determine the re-engineering of the document circulation of legal entities of Ukraine as a systemic phenomenon. Methodology. The methodology of the research is based on the application of problematic, logical and systemic methods, thanks to which the re-engineering of the document circulation of the institution is defined as a qualitative indicator of the rational organization of work with official documents. Scientific novelty. The Scientific novelty of the results is the development and implementation of theoretical and methodological support, based on theories of process, system and management of quality control, to introduce classical re.engineering the complete diagnosis of the internal and external environment of legal entity, determining feasibility and possibility of re-engineering to improve and strengthening the competitiveness of domestic institutions. The article proves that the implementation of re-engineering workflow ensures the effectiveness of the legal entities of all forms of ownership. Conclusions.Modern promising areas for improving the flow of documents are inseparable from the process of mass implementation of scientific and technological progress in the field of management. These achievements, connected with the formation of qualitatively new types of information and communication technologies,make it possible to pass to a fundamentally new and much more effective information technology based on information support for workflow.
