Summary/Abstract: Changes in innovation concept in terms of a shift from a closed to an open model impose the need to adopt enterprise strategy accordingly and to actively involve users in the innovation process. Due to changes in the relationship between the subjects of innovative activity and the need for enhancing cooperation among them, strategies should be based on corporate entrepreneurship. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of a new concept of innovation and innovative strategies on improvement of tourism services and to explore the ways in which users of tourist services can be involved in the innovation process.
