Summary/Abstract: After II World War, European countries for treating the gross war wounds, have tried to improve their economic conditions by discharging the armies. But Soviet Russia didn’t discharge the armies, has used an armed force of approximately 300 divisions in the countries that were under the occupation of Russia, as apolitical pressure factor for spreading the Soviet population in Europe. Communists have squeezed in public sides that were founded in many European countries as a result of this; communist parties have taken the management of East Germany, Poland, Hungary, Check Republic, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania; so Russian directly has started to be effective on the policy and economy of these countries.
