Summary/Abstract: The study examines some of the specific elements of the continuous offense that emphasize its features, namely: legal and material object, prerequisite situation, immediate effect, relation of causality and guilt, as well as additional conditions. All these, together with the basic conditions of the continuous offense, are needed in order to classify an illegal activity as a continuous form of the unity of offense.
