Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we present results of the experiment and control formative research conducted in the development of occupational interests in adolescent age. There are described the main elements of the formative program and achieved results by the subjects in the experimental group and the control group in the control experiment that allowed us to demonstrate the effectiveness of psychological interventions elaborated and implemented in the research.
