Summary/Abstract: In the present paper we analyzed the efficiency of applying modern methods of training and their integration into the "Basis of Legislation". The teaching method is not omnipotent, its effectiveness is caused both by the content of the subject matter and by the teacher's ability to know the conditions and modalities of their application. Modern methodology stimulates the student's flexibility and sociability because he is the pillar, the main actor in the teaching process. Many pre-university education institutions across the globe have adopted various methods that develop effective learning activity, and many researches have confirmed that these methods and techniques can cause dramatic increases in the ability to process and manipulate information, to learn effectively, in an age dominated by information technologies.
