Problems of goal-setting at student`s occupational training

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the educational goal - setting phenomenon. Attitudes to knowing of notions ̳goal‘ and ̳goal - setting‘ in historical ways are described in this article. The Author remarks wide variety of classification o f pedagogical goals. Analytical summary of psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of ranking of pedagogical goals is exposed in the article. The main ideas and guidelines of pedagogical goal - setting are proved theoretically. Structure and functions of pedagogical goal - setting are described. Its essence and content are found out in the article. The main postulates to defining goals of future teachers' training are described. The levels of teachers' readiness to goal - setting their professional activities are studied.
