Summary/Abstract: The humanization of the education requires the creation of non - violent atmosphere at school. Humanist relations in the process of study require the creation of non - violent atmosphere at school. This is due to the professional self - consciousness of the pedagogue. The adequate self - appreciation of pedagogue contributes to the correct appreciation of the pedagogical situation. The level of the pedagogue‘s self - consciousness is linked to his self - regulation that assures non - violent atmosphere at school.
