Summary/Abstract: At the end of 2013 in the German city of Münster, they organized the 2nd international symposium on protection against the effects of weapons of mass destruction (CBRN) and toxic industrial materials (TIM). The article deals with main presented topics and summarizes conclusions namely for the Czech Armed Forces specialists who are interested in such subject matters.
