Summary/Abstract: Comments on the project of agreement between The Republic of Moldova and Transnistria published by the newspapers Moldova suverană and Nezavisimaia Moldova on the 9th of July. This agreement stipulates that the Republic of Moldova is a democratic, federal state. The article contains reactions of Moldavian and Romanian politicians and a few press comments. In the next issue of Provincia will be published a more complete analysis of the agreement.
