Summary/Abstract: This article stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles and resistance from teachers and their importance to the organizational climate changes have on attitudes and move towards inclusive practices. Support this model has a high degree of applicability regarding attenuation and resistance from the community because it allows the application of this approach to the context and specific needs.
