Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper was to identify factors determining the probability of selected dysfunctional behaviours being revealed in personnel management. The paper has a theoretical-empirical character. Empirical material from research on human resource management systems in enterprises located in Poland’s West Pomeranian Voivodeship was analyzed. Econometric modelling (qualititative variable models were estimated) was applied in the methodological layer. Five logit econometric models were estimated.
