Summary/Abstract: The economic policy of the European Union affects a steady growth of the economy and the creation of new jobs. It addresses the challenges in the short term and the long run in areas such as public finance, macroeconomic imbalances and competitiveness, but also the impact of the long-term trends in the case of phenomena such as the aging population and globalization. In this respect, within the framework of this work we propose to analyze the problem of employment in proportion to the reduction of the phenomenon of unemployment benefits. Thus, we are interested to see how the job market can be regulated, in order to be able to exploit more effectively the opportunities as he saw in the future.
