Summary/Abstract: The material presented is an attempt to show the phenomenon of transition higher education in a changing social reality. The social image of modern College passes to the brutal reality. The lack of debate about core principles, about the problems of degradation of the academic results in reduction of the importance of higher education in the labour market. Little financially efficient educationally candidate for study is another issue that is not noticed by the academic administration.
