Summary/Abstract: The organizational culture and the quality of services and products are two dependent variables which complete one each other and cross in all library stages and activities. The info-documentary structures are concerned with the organizational culture and that is the reason for which they join the rigours of change, summon up their energies and apply excellence models. School librarians/documentalists know the manner to communicate, in order to interact coordinately and create their own behaviour related to common standards and values and they dwell upon the relationships between purposes, means and results.
