The Analysis of Symptoms of Insolvency in Restructuring Process

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The main purpose is an analysis of symptoms of insolvency in restructuring process of the enterprises. Design/methodology/approach – In an article used theoretical and empirical methods. In theoretical part described definition of insolvency in literature and law acts. Empirical methods concentrated on research of the symptoms of insolvency. Findings – The article presents the symptoms of insolvency could be decided on restructuring process. Originality/value. This article presents own concept the analysis of symptoms of insolvency in restructuring process of the enterprises.
