Summary/Abstract: Initially this article compares two similar concepts: the theory called “Plagiaries par anticipation” found in Oulipo and “Kafka y sus precursores” found in Borges. It intends to show the equivalence between some logical concepts and restrictive structures called “contraintes”. Secondly, it conjectures that different cultural approaches into similar ideas of reading and knowing the periphery’s works. The concept of “periphery” refers to discoveries of knowledge outside the literature center supported by this article’s thesis and some concepts presents in Homi Bhabha. Lastly, this paper shows the fantastic Chinese Encyclopedia presented in Borges and rediscovered in Perec as incorporated knowledge like the theory present in “Pierre Menard autor del Quijote”. The importance of those classifications is to compare the utilization of the concepts “precursors” and “anticipate plagiarism” in the works of Borges and Perec.
