Summary/Abstract: In this article, the mechanisms of psychosocial adaptation are considered as they are presented in the book of famous France philosopher H.Bergson Lerire. The main attention is paid to the capacity of laughing. Since its defect or absence, as a rule, causes inadequate personal reactions to psychosocial challenges, the testing of it is an important part of psychoanalytical diagnostics.
