Summary/Abstract: A review of the Polish translation of Callimachus’ Hymns and Epigrams by Janina Ławińska-Tyszkowska and Agnieszka Kotlińska-Toma, with an introduction and commentary by the latter scholar and Emilia Żybert- -Pruchnicka. The translation is the first volume of Callimachus’ poetical works, published in the much valued series Biblioteka Antyczna.
