Instruments and institutions for supporting R&D in enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The variety of sources and forms available for supporting the R&D process has, including non-repayable funds changed dramatically over the last few years. Today they are available for all interested in the running researches – both start-ups, as well as large companies. It is an extension of instruments sharing risks embodied in company’s development in the long run. Offered measures of financial support system are an attractive factor decreasing the risk of investment in R&D and encouraging entrepreneurs to spend their own funds for research. This has a strong impact on the sphere creating innovative solutions giving a competitive advantage.
