Mobbing and counteracting this phenomenon on the ground of the Labor Code

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the features of the institution of mobbing within the meaning of article 943 § 2 of the Labour Code. The forms of mobbing activities are indicated. Special attention is given to the structure of the employer obligation of counteracting mobbing (article 943 § 1 of the Labour Code), which seems to have fundamental significance on the ground of prevention of mobbing in the workplace.
