Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the author was to investigate problematic aspects of legal conflicts and resolution of conflicts in the context of the protection of property rights under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Diverse issues of legal collisions and conflicts in the context of current research became the basis for the author’s investigation of the problem from different perspectives. Based on the conducted research, it became possible to illustrate the problem of resolving legal collisions and conflicts in the context of protection of property rights. The legal basis for the need of protection of property rights is the existence of legal collisions and conflicts. In turn, the problem of protection of property rights at the present stage of development of civil relations has a high degree of relevance, due to the significant role of property rights and other rights in a market economy. The ways of protection of property rights and other rights have not received sufficient attention in the science of law, and thus the law enforcement practice is often confronted with a number of outstanding issues.The author of the article comes to the conclusion that a uniform understanding and application of the rule of law is essential not only for the owners and for the development of the institution of property, but for the society as a whole. This also confirms the necessity and validity of the study of problems related to the protection of property rights, improvement of the legislation in this area and law enforcement.
