Summary/Abstract: The issue of drawing up civil law contracts is the subject of growing number of publications, due to the common conclusion of agreements in international trade, or on the domestic basis between entrepreneurs and with the participation of consumers. The issue of constructing contracts, including contractual clauses, is particularly important for professionals professionally involved in writing them - for notaries, lawyers or legal advisors, but also for judges adjudicating in civil and commercial departments. In the process of constructing a contract, it is necessary to have knowledge about contractual clauses, i.e. "contract provisions", editorial entities of the contract, constituting the rights or obligations of the parties. The subject of contractual clauses was devoted to his monograph by Radosław Strugała. It should be emphasized that the books available on the market are usually not comprehensive and are usually devoted to selected elements of contract law, including, for example, specific contracts (even sales, donations or leasing), which pay attention to specific contractual clauses contained in the type of contract. In this respect, the reviewed monograph is extremely valuable, because it is a source of general assumptions useful when drawing up various civil law agreements. Of course, this is not the only book of this type available on the market of scientific publications, it is worth mentioning the monographs of Marlena Pecyna entitled "Merger Clause as a reservation of the exclusivity of the document, contract integrity clause, rule of interpretation of the contract" and authorship of Dr. Iwona Karasek-Wojciechowicz pt. "A claim for the fulfillment of a contractual obligation according to its content", to which I will refer later in the review.
