Barriers of Development in Polish Technology Commercialization and Knowledge Transfer System

Summary/Abstract: Polish technology commercialization and knowledge transfer system is still unprepared for the challenges of globalization. The aim of the article is to specify and analysis of the most important barriers of development of the system and to identify activities to improve the transfer of innovative solutions. The most important is to eliminate all barriers in this system with using appropriate financial, organizational or logistical solutions. Article contains: critical analysis of literature, reports and studies prepared by the various institutions, descriptive and comparative method.
