Summary/Abstract: Access to scientific information in Bălţi institution has developed considerably since 2001, when the library was connected to the Internet. For 15 years librarians have learned to adapt to the varied needs of students and teachers and fitted with multiple activities. Supporting Open Access movement and as a member of the Consortium REM (Electronic Resources for Moldova) Balti university was integrated in the international circuit of scientific information and provides access to 39 databases containing 47 105 periodicals. The analysis of statistics shows that the number of accesses to EBSCO, SpringerLink and EIFL resources constitute 50% of total e-consultations of scientific resources offered by USARB Scientific Library
