Selected Issues Related To Pedagogic Competence of a Musician-Teacher

Summary/Abstract: This article refers to selected issues related to the pedagogic competence of a musician-teacher. Every musician undertaking work in education comes across a lot of problems. It is essential to possess theoretical knowledge concerning both the child, his development and capabilities, as well as the very person of a pedagogue. Dynamization of the child’s capabilities and potential depends on the teacher’s personal qualities. The issues raised in this article concern the ways of developing teacher’s personality, his building of authority and the ability to discover the meaning of his pedagogic activity.
