Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of research on the specific structure of motivation among creative, artistically gifted persons, who achieve various levels of professional effectiveness. Based on the assumptions of psycho-transgression and efficacy concepts, it was assumed that persons achieving different job performance would vary with respect to the intensity of characteristics determining the Creative Behavior Style [Styl Twórczego Zachowania (STZ)], and their actions would be dynamized by numerous types of similar motivation. In order to verify the hypotheses, a group of interpreting artists (interpreters): 73 choristers, 38 dancers, and 22 musicians was investigated. The results are consistent with the hypotheses.
