Summary/Abstract: The author in the article represents some Russians opinions on the war. He presents, how Russia used its knowledge and experience to conduct unconventional military operations. The author’s another objective was to raise awareness of the necessity for the recognition and research on military concepts which originate and develop in the Russian Federation.
