Summary/Abstract: A traditional family is a family structure that consists of a man, woman, and one or more of their biological or adopted children. In most traditional families, the man and woman are husband and wife1. This article speaks about the traditional and christian family and presents the way in which this kind of family can be modern too as long as Jesus Christ is the „head” of the family. The family has undergone secularization in modernity, and now it suffers all the consequences of this destroying trend.
