Summary/Abstract: Subject of research are the questions about the procedure for addition of incomplete court’s ruling, removal of factual mistakes and interpreting of an intangible ruling. The scope of the rulings, affected by the discussed problems, as well as the court’s competences thereto and the characteristics of the final act are specified.
