Summary/Abstract: The report considers the determination of the starting point from which the period for claiming damages for an accident at work starts to run. Is it right to claim that the right to claim damages for an accident at work becomes chargeable only after the issue of an order under article 55 of the Code of Social Security for accepting the labor accident or the chargeability occurs on the day of the accident at work?
