Summary/Abstract: The Project Balkan Itineraries. Networked digital collections gathers three libraries from Bulgaria (The Library of the University „St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia), Serbia (The Library of the University „Svetozar Markovic” in Belgrad) and Romania (The National Library) around a common target: making available online the digital collection of travel books about Balkans, edited in French. The article represents a short version of the paper „Balkan itineraries” - European project of valorization the Francophone collections from the Balkan area, presented by the author at the 22nd National Conference of the Romanian Library Association.
