Assessment of contemporary public budgeting in Ukraine in the context of a globalizing

Summary/Abstract: The research is public budgeting in Ukraine. The aim of the study is to assess the current condition of the state budget of Ukraine in the context of globalization. Methods used in the research process: generalization of the method of comparative analysis, statistical and other research methods. The results of the work. Characterized and analyzed public budgeting in Ukraine in the context of globalization. The scope of the results: Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Conclusions. State budgeting is a continuous and complex process, which consists in establishing the methods and criteria of information selection, which is taken in attention to budgeting, methods of analysis and forecasting on the basis of which identifies the main socio-economic trends. Given these trends, form a view about the economic situation, which is expected in the budget period, and the volume and structure of financial resources of the state (revenues), which she may dispose during this period.
