Summary/Abstract: The demarcation line between the EU law and national law in the context of sovereignty and sincere cooperation is to be analyzed with the help of the concept “inviolable core of the constitution”. This report will review the essence and functions of this idea and the attempts by the constitutional courts to redefine a list of competences that cannot be affected by the principle of conferral.
