The fictitious society in the context of the new simulation-related regulations

Summary/Abstract: The fictive company may be (i) the result of an appearance, when its legal subjectivity does not reflect a legal reality or (ii) the result of a simulation when its constitutive act is simulated. The present study focuses on the analysis of the fictitious society - the result of a simulation (simulated society), making the necessary distinction from the fictitious society - the result of an appearance (fictitious society lato sensu). Also, some aspects regarding the incidence of simulation on other forms of organizing a professional's work are dealt with.
