An analysis over general requirements for amendment of association memorandum

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to provide analysis of the general conditions applicable for amendment of memorandum of association from a double perspective, both theoretical and practical, taking into account the most recent legal developments and case-law. The research has illustrated the importance of the subject matter to companies law, seen as a determinant element of a company’s legal status through which this specific entity brings about the necessary flexibility vital to its existence and survival.
