Summary/Abstract: The subject debated in the article is related to the legal aspects of the polling stations for the presidential elections, a topic of great interest given the events that took place in Romania in November 2014. The analysis is considering the similarities and especially the differences between the presidential and the parliamentary elections, as well as the violation of electoral rights through the lack of polling stations.
