Summary/Abstract: The group is an assembly of individuals geared towards achieving a common task (imposed or adopted by consensus), interacting directly, according to behavioural rules accepted by all members. The group is a social system: like any social system, it has a certain amount of energy, whether it is treated within established structures, it becomes a given product objective. Any primary group members make up the original network channels. Elements of differentiation and originality consist of orientation, a line which represents unilateral or reciprocal relations of attraction, rejection or indifference, the field event and its intensity. Deterioration of interpersonal relationships within the group reaches non communication which means either complete disconnection message exchange or tense discussions. The non communication is not about failing messaging channels, in other words, the possibility of purely technical failures.
