Summary/Abstract: Manuscript entitled “Enver Pasha in Tripoli” consists of translation of Pasha's book entitled “Um Tripolis” published in German in Munich in 1918 into Turkish by Hague Military Attaché Commander Nuri Conker in 1918-1919 and also the additional notes. On the last page there is a note that “Translation in Turkish: February 1919, Hague”. On some pages of the manuscript, letterhead of "The Military Attaché of the Embassy of The Hague" can be seen. However it is seen that notes was written by Nuri Conker and especially by his son Mahmut Cahit Conker after many years makes this manuscript interesting. Time of Mr. Nuri’s notes are not fully known, but notes written by his son, Diplomat Mr. Mahmut when he gets the memoirs during after long journey in 1960, are extremely critical and interesting about Enver Pasha. These memoirs and attached notes were found in 2013 in the house of the late Ambassador Orhan Conker who is the eldest son of Mr. Nuri and the uncle of Assoc. Dr. Enis Tulça's.
