Summary/Abstract: Belgrade, the leading functional hub of Serbia, has spatially involved and demographically very expressed daily connections with its closer and wider surroundings, to which the settlements of the Sumadija District, which is one of 29 districts in Serbia, also belong. Between Belgrade and the settlements of the Sumadija District and vice versa, 1 012 workers, pupils and students commute daily, whereof 774 migrants (333 workers and 441 pupils and students) participate in convergent daily migrations and 238 (104 workers and 134 pupils and students) migrants in divergent daily migrations. Belgrade has the daily population change with 67 settlements of the Sumadija District, which is 38.5% of the total number of the settlements on this territory.
