Android Ve iOS İşletim Sistemine Sahip Cıhazların Hizmet Kalitesi Bakımından Karşılaştırılmasına Yönelik Alan Araştırması
Field Research for Comparison of the Service Quality of the Android and iOS Operating Systems

Summary/Abstract: Globalization and in the light of rapidly developing technological developments world economies have been replaced by service economies. Quality of service is at the forefront of the most important issues that must be taken into consideration in order to adapt to the great changes in today's information and communication age, to create sustainable competitive advantage against the competition of the enterprises and to stay behind the times. Intensifying competitive environment, the increasingly similar products on the market, and the increasing sensitivity of the customers on the price, have led firms to move to larger scale differentiation and strong competition strategies. In this study, a survey was conducted to compare the devices used by 15-29 year olds residing in Aydın province in terms of service quality according to the operating system of android or iOS. Through face-to-face interviews with customers via a survey questionnaire for 400 customers using these devices, data were collected and compared with the quality of service.
