Summary/Abstract: The study of citizens living in the province of Kars How to shop over the internet to detect the trends and the factors that influence these inclinations in order to reveal the survey research done and the data obtained from the logistic regression models was established analysis. In the logit model, participants' gender, occupation, educational status, Internet usage time, Internet usage, variables of importance of the usage rights are statistically significant variables. According to the experimental results, 18-37 ages are observed to have a more effective level in the internet usage in predicted models. In addition, different effects have emerged as to working men and women in Kars. According to the results; education, occupation and income level have much influence in internet use frequency and opinions regarding the reliability of e-commerce.
