Summary/Abstract: In the context of globalization, the country's development passes between each other by strong economic growth, investment in human capital to make the economycompetitive at the regional level and at international level. The tunisian economy is stronglylinked to exogenous factors such as so-called weather, international financial crises, thetransfer of tunisien living abroad and tourism. However, before the revolution of 2011 even ifeconomic growth in tunisia has been a significant evolution over the decade (1999 - 2010), itcould not solve the problems of inequality, poverty and unemployment.
