Farmer-entrepreneur in the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this elaboration is to answer the question whether the current legal regulations provide adequate protection for farmers-entrepreneurs from losing their ability to work? In conclusion, the author states that the farmer-entrepreneurs in full range are subjected to compulsory insurance under the law, under the conditions specified in the insurance Act. The scope of protection granted to these entities is reduced only to the granting of benefits associated with the risk of agricultural activity. There is a need to solve this presented problem of protection of farmers-entrepreneurs in ASIF, which has been understated for 20 years.
