In this context, issues such as data security and confidentiality are of real interest, and perfect solutions seem a difficult task to achieve. In the present paper, in the first part, we create the overall picture of the technological evolution that has led to Cloud Computing technologies. In this ecosystem, in the second part of the paper, we realize technical interpretation of the principles of Privacy by Design and open a path to a software solution to their compliance.
