Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and financial performance in companies in Romania. Outside the border, various methods have been explored and many models have been implemented which have demonstrated the link between the two. Conclusions of this analyze come to support the results presented by other authors. The research is based on accounting measures, ROA and ROE analysis the financial performance of companies. Based on the study we can say that between CSR and financial performance is a significant connection.
