On the Succession of Materialised Securities

Summary/Abstract: In the article there is a detailed and in-depth research of the succession of materialised securities. In the analysis of the shares from the point of view of the consequences thatarise in the hereditary succession, there is a detailed consideration of the succession of the membership in the public limited company. The author considers that the acquisition of certain number of securities defined by gender cannot happen in a fully automatic way. For this reason there is the necessity that the shares which any of the heirs acquires be individualised.
