Summary/Abstract: The paper is based on several documents about the implementation of agrarian and other measures of repression by the communist regime in the post-war period. The case of Ibrahim Klokić, who was affected by these measures, shows that they were implemented directly in practice. The procedure usually had two phases. The first phase consisted of agrarian reforms and administrative processes by agrarian committees, while the second one consisted of regulations on property confiscation of “national enemies” and judicial procedures by municipal and higher courts. The first part of the paper deals with the origin and ancestors of Ibrahim Klokić in order to show how wealthy rural households (kulaks) were created and affected by these laws. In the second part, the author uses the case of Ibrahim Klokić to show how these repressive laws were implemented.
