Summary/Abstract: The 21st century enhances the access of researchers and research institutions to on-line bibliographic resources, but besides the benefits of using these resources, we also identify a certain degree of danger, within the meaning of collecting the approved data. This is the reason why the IT services industry opened a niche in the field of scientific publications and virtual libraries, access to which is free, by subscription or by charge for the use of each material which makes the object of study for a researcher.
