Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is presentation of the results of research on the relationship between vocational personality and job satisfaction in an accounting services center. According to J.L. Holland’s theory incongruity between vocational personality and work environment leads to job dissatisfaction. Work environment in an accounting services center is conventional. In order to answer the research question if vocational personality is correlated with job satisfaction in an accounting services center, personality of 23 employees of such a center was examined. Then four employees were chosen (two of conventional personality and two of unconventional) and asked about job satisfaction. In the case of three of them vocational personality was related with job satisfaction. The research presented in the paper is innovative.
